Training
I-Fast offers courses and training at all levels of response to an incident. We insist on the role of leaders in incident control situations. To be a leader and have leadership require having a clear overview. Our philosophy in all the training given by I-Fast is that all participants have to develop their vision in an incident control situation. I-Fast instructors will provide a supporting hand in this matter.

Operational level (Team leaders)
The objective of these trainings is to form officials at commander or team leader level in the best possible way in incident control situations, as they are, most of the time the first ones to take a decision in relation to the risks and the possibility of spreading of the incident. The most important point behind every training is Safety. Keeping that in mind we further the work to means of leadership, giving leadership, calculating risks, to priority scales and the taking of decisions.

Tactical levels (Coordinators)
During an important incident, there will be team work often from various disciplines. The presence of different players will make them interact between each other. This level concerns officials and or teams within an emergency organization that has a part to play in the coordination of incidents control. I-Fast makes sure that these officials are ready for their tasks, providing them with a combination of theoretical observations, the study of practical cases and
practical drills.

Strategical level (Crisis management)
In a time when organizations are active in a society with various and often contradictory interests there is a real possibility that because of an incident a situation could appear that would threaten the existence of the organization itself. In most cases this threat will force the organization to take fundamental decisions about the objectives which the emergency organization should know. If this continuity is threatened decisions should be taken at strategical levels by the management in connection with the incident control and the many effects that derive from an incident.

For executives, managers and other leaders within an organization, we offer training in which we focus on the preparation of a crisis and with realistic play situations they can gain an idea of the impact of the incident and the possible approach to take for such an incident.
